Today, most women are unhappy with the appearance of their genital organs and usually refrain from referring to a physician even though aesthetic procedures on genital organs are quite common. One of the most common procedures is labioplasty. In this condition, in the genital area, small lips cover clitoris and become smaller towards the back and form into a curvature reaching back through the larger lips.

Long and sagged outer lips that flow out over the outer lips might create an unaesthetic look. This might be innate or might occur after giving birth or after weight gain and loss.
